Return Policy

Unopened items in new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. All returns must receive a return authorization prior to shipping your order back. Please email us at concierge@milrosenotes.com with your order number. Any items received without authorization will not be accepted and returned to the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any orders that received free shipping will receive a credit less the shipping fees ($9.95 shipping fee for U.S. domestic orders, shipping costs for international orders will vary based on location). Milrose Notes does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. We suggest returning via trackable carrier. 

Products that are damaged / defective will be replaced. Please email us at concierge@milrosenotes.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product within 14 days of the delivery date.

Milrose Notes executive boxes are non-refundable. Insert auto-delivery cancellations must be requested via email prior to the 10th of each month to receive a refund. Insert auto-delivery are shipped out around the 25th of each month.

 

Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of the product and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of the product.
