A Gantt Chart is one of the most useful ways to break down a project by phase (timeline) and task. Each task is represented by a bar that reflects the start date and end date and person responsible. This allows you to see at a glance what tasks are required to complete a project, task and project duration, assigned party, and activities that over lap - provides a comprehensive view of the project. The tool also prompts users to identify risks upfront (barriers that may delay the project) and preemptively determine strategies to mitigate identified risks.

After you have downloaded the files click print

Use the double-sided feature if available or manually flip your paper to print on the backside. Manual flipping may vary based on how your printer feeds.
